Episode 2: Hunger

Hey, Melvin here. How hungry are you? (I shall refrain from doing the Vsauce entrance in the future)

In all seriousness I’m not talking about how hungry you are in terms of food, I’m talking about how bad you want the thing your pursuing. Lets say for example that your wanting to work out to get Abs (6 pack). How bad do you want it? How Hungary are you? What are you going to do to relieve your hunger? If you truly want something you’ll do everything in your power to get it. Lets use sleep as an example. If your body stays up for too long your going to instinctively going to want to sleep and your body will do everything in its power to close your eyes make you fall sleep.

I’ll keep the post short this time since I’m currently preparing to get work done for school and other endeavors (may or may not have forgotten to mention that I am currently a college student as well) and I would like to make sure I take care of myself above anything else. But I’ll end this post off by sharing something I wrote in my notes. I would take a picture of it but I have pretty bad handwriting so ill just type it out. (Speaking of pictures I’m considering adding pictures in these post if I can in the future to add more of a visually aspect to you the reader)

“It doesn’t matter who believes in you and invest in you; if you don’t believe in yourself its pointless. You can be the best in the world at what you do but if you don’t believe in your craft everything else is in vain. That’s why people who maybe aren’t as good are successful. They just believed in themselves and that belief made others want to see them win. How hungry are you? How bad do you want it? Do you really want it? Would you do anything for it? Prove It! Actions speak louder than words. People will only see the end results at the end of the day. You can talk game all day but it wont mean sh*t if you can’t back it up”

I know I’m posting a tad bit late this time but idealistically I would like to have a post out every Sunday. If I’m able to figure out how to schedule a post for a specific time then I’ll just type multiple out when I can and come up with a weekly time to post.

Also on another side note for the Abunndance YouTube project, I’ve decided to stick with these blog post for now since ya man doesn’t know how to talk Infront of a camera just yet. I’m still going to be talking about music and wellbeing on these post so the vision isn’t complete gone, just altered for the time being…
